Requirements

You must be a corporate entity with an active CNPJ registered with the Brazilian Internal Revenue Service;
The company must have been in operation for at least 90 days;
The company's CNAE classification must not be "travel agency" or "tour operator";

You will need to present the following documents:

Micro enterprises (ME)

Entrepreneur application form
If being filed by an official freight forwarder, please submit the ANAC and SNEA certificates.

Articles of incorporation
Latest amendment to articles of incorporation
