What is this?
You select the flight on which your package will be shipped and the airport where it will be picked up.

** The delivery of cargo to Boa Vista (BVB), Rio Branco (RBR), Porto Velho (PVH), Santarém (STM), Marabá (MAB), Cruzeiro do Sul (CZS), Macapá (MCP), Petrolina (PNZ), Fernando de Noronha (FEN) and Carajás (CKS) takes at least 48 hours. Deliveries made to locations outside state capitals can take from three to seven business days. If orders require tax clearance by a city government and/or contain certain types of cargo, their estimated delivery time will also be extended. Delivery times may vary according to flight availability and airport conditions.

*** Items exceeding the indicated weight and size limits can only be shipped with prior approval.

If orders require tax clearance by a city government and/or contain certain types of cargo, their estimated delivery time will also be extended. At those locations where a tax clearance (SEFAZ) is required.

In the following situations, cargo will not be boarded for shipment: force majeure, weather problems, flights cancellation for technical and/or operational reasons, excess baggage, technical restrictions of an aircraft, court orders, injunctions by public authorities, tax clearance (SEFAZ) issues, or strikes.

In cases of unsuccessful deliveries (redeliveries), an additional 48 hours for addressing the situation, plus the delivery times for the respective cities should be expected.

Note: All cargo shipped as "Express Services" will be subject to an ad valorem fee of R$5.00. In case of an accident, loss or damage, reparations will be paid in compliance with the Brazilian Aeronautical Code (CBA).
