1. GOLLOG does not transport the following items:
   • Correspondence
   • Valuables and personal documents
2. Each item can weigh up to 80 kg (176 lbs) and have maximum dimensions of 80 cm x 80 cm x 80 cm (31.5" x 31.5" 31.5"). If your item exceeds the weight and size limits, please contact us.

The delivery of cargo to Boa Vista (BVB), Rio Branco (RBR), Porto Velho (PVH), Santarém (STM), Marabá (MAB), Cruzeiro do Sul (CZS), Macapá (MCP), Petrolina (PNZ), Fernando de Noronha (FEN) and Altamira (ATM) will take at least 96 hours. Deliveries made to locations outside state capitals can take up to seven business days. If orders require tax clearance at a city and/or contain certain types of cargo, their estimated delivery time shall also be extended.

*The estimated delivery date is calculated based on the day after the shipping date.

If you have to send a shipment internationally, you will also need a freight agent or a customs broker to help you with the process. The freight agent or customs broker will take care of all legal procedures with the airport administration and responsible entities (customs).

There are five basic steps to shipping internationally:

• 1º The client contacts a GOLLOG accredited freight forwarder. The freight forwarder, who is responsible for processing the documentation that will be submitted to the Brazilian Federal Revenue Office (Receita Federal), will inform the client of the shipping fees.
• 2º The freight forwarder then requests a GOLLOG General Sales and Services Agent (GSSA) to book the shipment on the system.
• 3º The freight forwarder delivers the documentation.
• 4º Once the cargo is delivered at the airport, it needs to be monitored by a customs agent and a GOLLOG employee.
• 5º The cargo is loaded onto a GOL aircraft and then shipped to its destination.​​
